The fifth installment in the Musician as Designer Series
designed by Nick Zinner (of Yeah Yeah Yeahs)
Historically, band apparel has been created by the bands themselves. Curators Hisham Bharoocha and Soundscreen Design takes this approach out of context by asking musicians to create their own graphics for these organic Alternative Apparel garments, each of which comes with hand-numbered hang tags noting edition and designer. Check out two exciting entries in this 2009-2010 line of wearable art, designed this time by Black Dice’s Bjorn Copeland, and Nick Zinner of, Yeah Yeah Yeah's.
